We sell luxury fragrances and related products. All items are physical goods shipped within the United Kingdom.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to withdraw or amend products without notice.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at the email address provided on our website. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on deenandscent.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Deen & Scent Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deen & Scent Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
